03 · Relocation

You don’t have to know Raleigh yet.
That’s part of my job.

Relocation has become a meaningful part of my business, and it’s work I genuinely enjoy. I’ve helped clients move to the Triangle from across the country and from other parts of the world — often starting our conversations months before they arrive.

When you’re new here, choosing a home isn’t simply a matter of searching by price and bedroom count. You need to understand how different areas actually feel.

Those are the conversations I like having.

I’ve also helped clients on the other side of relocation — selling a North Carolina home in preparation for a move overseas. In those situations, I can be the person here coordinating vendors, repairs, preparation, attorneys and the countless small things that are much harder to manage from a distance.

The conversations

  • Raleigh or Cary?
  • Inside the Beltline or farther out?
  • Established neighborhood or new construction?
  • Walkability or more space?
  • How does the commute actually work?
  • Where can you picture your life?
↗Explore the areas

See how Cary, Five Points, North Hills, and Apex actually feel — side by side on vibe, walkability, and commute — and start picturing where you fit.

↗Where they come from

Clients have come to the Triangle from all over.

Florida to Michigan, the West Coast to New England, and even from abroad — wherever you’re starting from, I can help you land well here.

↗The other side

So far I have clients who have moved to Japan, Denmark, Canada and England — and I enjoy seeing their new lives there.

The only thing I ask is for my clients to stay in close touch and give me glimpses into their lives abroad so I can live vicariously — it’s always been my dream to live abroad.
