01 · Buying

Finding a home is one thing.
Knowing which one to buy is another.

Looking at houses is the fun part. My role is to help you look a little deeper — at the house itself, and at everything that could affect what you’re buying and what it’s worth.

Sometimes the right house requires moving quickly and putting together a very strong offer. Other times, the smartest decision is to negotiate, wait, or walk away.
We’ll consider the house itself — but also the location, comparable sales, condition, renovations, inspection findings, future maintenance, neighborhood, resale potential, and anything else that could affect what you’re buying.

I don’t need you to buy a house. I want you to buy the right house.
